Staff is just as rude as they are incompetent. I was refused service on more than one occasion because I don't speak Hungarian. I was mislead on several occasions pertaining to roaming while abroad and insurance on my devices. I was asked to pay a deductible for my broken device and after given a junk phone for two weeks while my claim is processed. The corporate custom service said this was incorrect and to return to this store for my replacement device. Upon my return the staff didn't believe me and refused to contact corporate to deconflict the situation. I then called customer service back and was asked to leave the store. Avoid Voda phone in hungry at all costs.

Staff at this location are unable to assist with even the most basic functions like activation of a Sim card that you have purchased from them. Additionally, you cannot register an account online with the terrible Hungarian Vodafone website and they are unable to do this as well. I'm not actually sure any of the staff realize that they work at a phone store.

Extremely poor and discriminatory and unhelpful customer service. I went here to ask for a quick question on why my Vodafone app did not work and I want to check my balance inquiry (as I'm a foreigner and need help finding it) and was met with the biggest attitude ever from the staff. She basically said there's nothing we can do and told me to come home and try turning the app on and off again (???) even though I told her I have tried for countless times for the past week. Then she sighed and then give me a number to wait in line so she can check the balance for me, which I do not come here for. When I said it's ok I can figure it out myself she let out a big sigh, then literally ripped the number paper apart and threw it away in front of my face. I was being polite and patient. Foreigners who do not speak Hungarian avoid this place at ALL cost.
