They will find a way to keep part of your deposit. It is a pity that the company's employees do not notify the client about some paid services, specifically, in order to then expose you to a fine. I do not recommend using such companies. They need to care about customers.

Loved it! Rented twice from these guys and it was so great. Simple, straightforward, what you see is what you get. They tell you the mileage of the car upfront, they pick you up from the airport which is arranged fairly well and their process is transparent with all the costs paid when you book the car so no nasty surprises there. I like that they send detailed photos of the car to you. Most of all I feel that I can trust these guys. Although I would always say to be careful with low cost car rentals at airport this one is an exception. You can see where they made the cost savings for you and that you get what you want: a safe functional car with no unnecessary frills.
If you cancel your booking, you'll have to wait up to one month before they 'll pay you back. That's the only reason why I didn' t give five stars....
If it's your first time renting abroad or you haven't rented a lot I would personally suggest you pick another company. The only reason for this is because there is no service desk or anything, you just come and pickup your key and go. There's no one to talk to other than by email and although they do respond quickly I prefer having someone to talk to in such a situation. If it's your second time at the same place or you're experienced with renting you should choose BeeRides, the prices are very cheap compared to most other companies and the quick renting process is nice. Also the pickup from the airport was fast and the car we got (Opel Astra station) was a very big car for the price we paid. Drive safely :)

Great idea and much cheaper than the big ones. The car was OK, with high mileage but in good condition. The only downside is that the key deposit is in an office container that can be closed if the car park operator drives to the airport, count with an eventual extra 30 mins for pickup/drop off. Otherwise my experience was seamless exactly as advertised.
Excellent car rental service. Cars are privately owned, so their quality and condition varies, but prices can't be beat and the service itself is excellent.
Rented a 2017 Toyota i20, received a well used 2013 Renault Megane. The car was very dirty inside and outside, so the first stop led to a gas station to wash the windows. Unfortunately I had no time to clean the interior. When I complained to the company they suggested to write an email to them. Then 2 days later I got an answer from the same person, stating that I have to pay 9 euros in advance if I want to receive a clean car next time, but they are happy to refund the cleaning of the windows if I send them the receipt. They might be the cheapest, but they need to learn how to do business. For example, next time please inform that the rental car is not available and ask whether I accept the proposed car.
