Typical Eastern European customer service, ergo BELOW STANDARD. Apart from a taller shop assistant with lighter hair, the shorter girl and the manager with black hair today (as of 07/04/2019 Sunday) had a typical Hungarian hateful attitude and ZERO idea about sales and marketing/customer service. They did not welcome us with my partner and upon going to the till both of them ignored us saying \Hi!\, after this the manager grabbed the money out of my hand the most primitive way then she stared a hole through me when I did not take the change back immediately and f@cked it down on the counter!!! This is Hungary in the XXI. Century and this will be Hungary decades later too HATRED with ZERO STANDARDS and motivation to make business and attract customers as it is shown on the shop being constantly completely empty even on weekends. As there are more lingerie shops on the same floor and some sports shops on a lower floor anybody would believe that the manager would have the motivation and the brain to attract some customers with a higher level of service but Hungarians seem to be unwilling to give up their UTTER HATRED towards their natives and foreigners even on the price of losing their business... We will take the purchased item back to another shop and report this to the headquarters/parent company abroad. This attitude is strictly forbidden in any Western countries, along to the fact that employees are fired for treating customers this way. P.S. As well as Hungarians have no motivation and care to inform their customers how to handle the items after purchase apart from in a few Intimissimi shops in Buda. (Yes, you could have the excuse of these instructions being to a certain limit stitched into the lining on a piece of clothe but some added information can attract more customers/contractors back to certain businesses/contractees.)

Melltartót szerettem volna venni. Nem szeretek, mert nagyon nehezen találok a méretemben. Az eladó lány nagyon segítőkész volt : több fajtát és méretet hozott a próbafülkébe kérés nélkül. Végül találtam nekem egy fantasztikus darabot. Nagyon meg vagyok elégedett vele. Mindig a Triumph-ban vásárolok, de innentől csakis ebbe a boltba megyek. Köszönöm szépen! :)

Eddig többször voltam, vásároltam is, mindenki kedves, segítőkész, de most nagy segítség volt, ha minden igaz, Csenge, mert régóta nem talàltam megfelelő melltartót és ő megtalàlta, pedig totál másmilyeneket nézegettem. Megkönnyítette a mindennapjaim, komolyan, mert nem fàj a vállam és még szép is a melltartó. Làtszott, hogy èrt ehhez, és segítőkész is volt! Nagyon köszönöm! Remélem, jó nevet derítettem ki! Minden jót! ️
