Beautiful company. The delivery was only one day late, and they were kind enough to open the box for me back in the depot, so I could get my hands on my new product even faster. Sadly the opening was probably done with either a saw or they asked a pit bull to do the dirty work as half of the original packaging was destroyed in the process. They probably just wanted to test the keyboard's damage resistance and that's why there's a literal hole at it's bottom and could be the cause of why the button \four\ on it doesn't work. Great delivery experience, 10/10 would do it again, I loved it so much I asked them if I could get a replacement keyboard just because I want to relive the moment of opening a package wrapped in so much care once more.

I never had such a bad experience in my life. The driver just posted a sticker on my door that the delivery has been failed. I saw him from the balcony... he did not call neither he rang the door bell! I called the company (I am not exaggerating) for 2h straight. NO ONE wanted to talk to me. Several employees hang up on me, pretended that they can't hear me. Overall just unbelievable rude!
HORRIBLE COMPANY. I am terribly angry against them. I live in Hungary and I have ordered a book via amazon, the book arrived in Hungary and got lost. So Amazon sent a new one again to me, and the book never arrived either (ONE MONTH after ordering the book)! But the WORST of all, is that I was enable to contact Trans-O-Flex! They never answer the phone or the e-mails!! I have been calling them for days and days, and to many different numbers, NOONE would answer. Are they even working? Do they even exist? What a shame! I am definitely going urge Amazon to stop their partnership with them. By the way, I did not even want to put \one star\ but Google won't let me post my comment if I don't select the star. Just so you know, they are not even worth one star.
Called me at delivery time. I missed the call as I was on the phone. I called back within four minutes and then at least 25 times. The delivery guy never answered.
The worst experience in my life. Even the free national post office is better. The delivery was late and nobody was willing to talk to me on phone, I didn't know anything about my package. Simply the most unsatisfiing delivery company I have ever dealed with.
awful company. this company is so bad that it makes me do my first google review. they are slow, they cannot provide you the right information and they cannot do what they said. I dont know how big companies still can use this service provider.
Worst courier in Hungary. Slow, losing packages, hard to reach them on phone, they forget if you ask another time to arrive, they lying that \sender wanted the package back\ if they just lost it, etc., etc.... They used to rename the company again and again, to get away from bad reputation, the newest name is \Express One Kft\.
I am so angry i have never been this angry from a company in my life the delivary person started shouting at me because he didnt understand english and he hung up the phone on me me girlfriend spoke with him in hingarian and he was the single rudest person that she ever called they dont answer emails they didnt even call me when the package arrived i feel they dont even want to bring it i dont know how amazon is using this service
