It is impossible to have them communicate. Their phone hangs up after couple of ring, and they do not respond to emails. Until they send you the right stuff... it is ok. If you have any problem with what you got from them or you havn't... well you are doomed to talk to the wall... I don't recommend this shopt to anybody. Everything is cheap and most of it is rubbish what they sell.
One of the items in my order was out of stock, they substituted the item with a better quality & more expensive item... without charging me more. That's customer service :-)
Cheap, good quality and fast shipment!
The telephone number they gave does not work! The items was pasted all over with a sticker that covered one whole side of the container of the tools!
