We ordered already a few times and regretted it each time. Not that the delivery times are horrible long, last time we had to wait 2.5 hours for a dish that should have been there in 45 min ... the quality is lousy, everything tastes the same, small portions , high prices.... the result of my reclamation was simple: “ I should be glad to get something and if I like quality I should order somewhere else... “ok got it , after this we throw away the food because it smelled already sour and we were not that brave enough... ( I don’t think that it’s normal that a Bolognese sauce should smell strongly sour, at least we never had this before ).... from my side NEVER again Theo papa !!!

I ordered food, it should have been here after fist : 50-60 min then 70-90 min but after 150 min it was still not there... I called and cancelled with the result that they kept the food and the money!!! I call this robbery and stealing!!! Don’t order there it’s just cheating!!!
Worst pizza I ever had. The delivery was more than 2 hours, they won’t pickup the phone (I tried 5 times), pizza was like a gummy and of course cold.... I hade some blue point on their website, but I couldn’t use it, no matter what I tried... Never ever again.
2021.04.04-05 23:18 kor rendeltem 2db pizzát, pontosan 01:25-kor kaptam meg. Szóvátettem a futárnál, erre még neki áll feljebb, hogy miért ilyenkor jön ránk a hamsenés? És miért nem rendeltem napközben? Kinek képzeli magát ez a szerencsétlen? És mit meg nem enged magának? Nem elég, hogy maszk nélkül jön fel, még magyaráz nekem, hogy ő nem találja a 196-os számot és még flegmázik? Kikérem magamnak ezt a stílust és ezt a viselkedést 60perc késés után meg pláne
Sokszor rendelunk innen, mert finom/bőséges adagot hoznak és Barilla tesztaval dolgoznak, de amikor lemarad a kulon igenyelt sajt a varos egyik legdragabb tesztajarol, elgondolkodik az ember...
Három (3) órát vártam az ételre, öt percig hívtam őket (eleinte minden kolléga foglalt, aztán kicsörgött) végül megérkezett az éppenhogy langyos étel és természetesen a finálé sem maradt el. A futár elnézés kérés helyett, amikor látta hogy nincs jatt oda "adta" az ételt és köszönés nélkül elviharzott. Az étel minősége "OK" volt, pláza gyorskaja színvonal (csak drágább).
Mire ideért a pizza haza kellett mennie annak aki rendelte természetesen nem volt rendelési időn belül A futár bunkobb volt mint amit valaha láttam még érezzem magam megtisztelve hogy idejott konkretan bebebaszta a kezembe a pizzát pofakat vágott Raadasul hidegen jött a pizza és még hajszál is volt benne
Régen szerettem, most két órája várom a pizzánkat de még mindig nem ért ide... Kritikán aluli... ️
