Great dance school, clean cozy in the center. And they have air conditioning, which is very good in summer.
The Shift is an AMAZING space for movement and more. As a Nia Technique international trainer, I return to this venue frequently (as often as my schedule will allow!). I love the space, with wood floor, amazing sound system, lovely waiting room and changing area. There's a welcoming, vibrant community, the owner, Kinga, is fabulous at creating and marketing events and the location is amazingly central. Convenience store below (for snacks and water), fabulous coffee shop and great restaurants across the street.
The buzzer only works sometimes, the building entrance is a death trap, the foyer is way too small. If you were able to get through all that, it's a nice place actually.
I came here to do yoga. The place is very cosy and the people are very friendly.
