This Mall is right beside it's larger counterpart, the Asia Center. It has a few great stores and facilities but it's pretty much empty all the time. At least on weekends. It has clothing stores, electronics and Asian food specific ones so it has great variety. It has clean toilets and they are all free of course.

Recommended, as it is \its okay\, but nothing more. It is worth to take a look if you are in the area, but it is more like a huge, multi-level marketplace than a plaza, the stores open át different times, etcetra... Still Recommended.
