I have ordered a number and they said it takes 4 weeks to get ready. After the 5th weeks they said sorry you can’t get the number without giving any reason why. They very rude and they lack an extreme costumer service.

I placed order last Wednesday for pick up phone on Friday with new SIM. now one week later still no phone , no one to contact what is happening and personal meeting in branch mammut is pointless because they don't know nothing.. outside tree can provide me more details about my order than people over there. Whole Telekom is just a circus and joke !!!

Worst service I had ever received. I bought a prepaid sim card for a 5 day's stay in Budapest, a repersentative helped me \activate\ it and said data will be available in half an hour. Later found out that the account wasn't activated due to the representative's lack of knowledge. The next day I came to get help, waited over 1.5 hours for a simple fix by the only worker they have that knows how to deal with actual telephones (which raises the question what the other workerd are good for). To make a long story short - stay away!
