Really enjoyed the Pho/Ramen, it also comes with a huge meatball that you are going to need your knife and fork to cut. The handmade noodles were big, chewy and delicious. Also a really lovely woman working at the counter taking orders and working the cash register, she has great English and was happy to translate the menu for me!

Best Chef, best food, good peice.
This place has the absolutely best soup in Budapest. So delicious, you will be addicted and return.. The master chef, Krisztian has proved himself in various highly rated restaurants in Budapest - I'm most happy that he works now in this casual place that serves mind-blowing dishes. I just hope this place doesn't get a Michelin star because then it would become difficult to find a place to sit down..
This place offers extremely tasty food. The staff are awesomely kind and nice. Definitely recommendable! Only minus is that you should not come of you are too hungry, as portions could be a little bigger :)
Absolutely one of my best “food experience”. Asian food, made by incredible talented chef. flavor and taste are unique.. for all the time that i was there I forgot that i was in Budapest. Congratulations to all of the team! Beat and unique in a town.
I went last week and I've been thinking about it since. The version of pho from the 3 year old master stock with its crazy amounts of duck fat and pork is one of the best broths I've ever had, and finished superbly with udon noodles, shiso leaf, a perfectly soft-boiled egg and Mangalica pork \sashimi.\ This dish is incredible. Just as amazing was the chilled ginger-coconut-cream dessert, served almost like creme anglaise (without egg yolks or dairy, of course) with basil and salt and strawberries. Wow! I love the streamlined menu based on market finds and the chef and his assistant were happy to explain everything. I cannot wait to go back. Szirom is a little jewel.
Food was amazing! Staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Only possible issue is that the place is very small but on the flip side it makes cosy. :)
A.m.a.z.i.n.g. absolutely loved it. Good to have these tastes back after the closing of beszallo. My current fav place in Budapest. Highly recommended if open for unique flavors. Only downside is that the place is so small, no regular tables, only a counter and bar chairs. But the food makes it up for all.
