Our product is a tool for vulcanising rubber hoses – a tool required for the production of moulded heating, cooling and fuel hoses for vehicles, made from Wnr. 1.4301 and 1.4057 materials (by bending, welding and cutting). We have been manufacturing these tools since 2012, with the help of toolmaking experts who possess the necessary expertise and decades of experience in this field. We have furnished our production site with the necessary equipment for this very purpose. We undertake serial production of tools after models and sample tools. We are also able to produce the templates required for production, based on the customer’s specifications.
