Frankly, the best customer service we have ever received in any of the escape rooms overall. Service to me has always been primary, and the rooms are well entertaining. Everyone in our family from the 8 yr old to the 62 yr old had a fantastic time. Highly recommended!

Don't expect anything posh, it's just a good one, especially if you only concentrate on the puzzles, and don't care about the ambience. We took the \Gingerbread\ room, as we did not want anything creepy. All was fine, we were satisfied and happy with it, although I must admit that we had been to cosier ones, too.
Great place for kids and adult. Challenging questions. Fun for sure! Your kids will thank you for takeing them there!
