I had ordered something online and paid through Paypal. I received an sms saying the order was being shipped but never received it. After emailing the store, they were originally quite helpful saying they would follow up on it but now have stopped replying to emails. It has been 2 months and legally it is their responsibility. Absolutely do not recommend unless you physically visit the store.
