Very professional, fair, and honest. I had a bike fit here and was very impressed. When a problem occurred with my equipment, they didn't rest until it was solved. For the serious cyclist in Budapest, you can't find a better store.

Probably the best cycling shop in Budapest for the serious cyclists... the owners Know their stuff and if you want your bike fixed insist on having Bacsek Zoltan fix it. He is very precise and incredibly honest.... Definitely recommend these guys. (I have already bought 5 bikes from them and probably knowing many more buys from these guys...)

This bike shop was a great discovery for me - they're friendly, well-priced, and competent! There are lots of great Specialized bikes there, a bike-fitting service, and they're always up for giving advice and information. I will happily return next time! :)

I bought a Specialized bike plus accessories from this shop. Beyond having anything you'll need, what they really specialize in is kindness and customer service. When I need to return to the USA, they disassembled the bike and put it into a bike for no cost. I highly recommend this shop for all expats.

It was a service visit (one of the spoke gave it up), they fixed it right away, in front of me. I said i van come back next week, but they did it anyway :) While my bike was being repaired, i asked them about a bike I plan to buy soon, they shared personal experiences, showed me a few bikes, told me pros and cons, get my contact info to get in touch me as soon as they'll have test days. It was a very good experience. The fix itself was real quick an cheap. I can only recommend this shop.
