It was very unpleasant working with this company. I'm not going to go into details since there are many reviewers with similar experiences to mine. I wish I had read the reviews before renting from them. I'd suggest to rename the company to Scam-BCN *ba-dum-tss* I really hope they work on their brand asap, otherwise the company will not last much longer.

BCN is a property management and rental company that has many properties for rent. I rented a great appartment for an reasonable price. Maintenance was done quickly and very well when I complained about mold in the bathroom. They installed a ventilator and even repainted the whole bathroom. They are easy to reach and always follow up on what's agreed beforehand. Recommendable for long term rent, but they also have short term holiday rentals.

I would like to share my negative experience with Solid-bcn. In the beginning, their service provided was not properly done - we had to clean the flat by ourselves (even if they charged previous tenants for a cleaning service - not a small amount of money), we had to buy kettle by ourselves and after a month or so a repairman came to change our lightbulbs, etc. My experience, in the end, was even worse. They tried to charge us in the check-out bill for not providing proper cleaning (the flat was many ways cleaner than in the beginning when we received it), they charged us for new lightbulbs (we also didn't have in the beginning - and it was 7000ft for 5 lightbulbs, such a fancy lightbulbs huh?) and last but not least was not returning us back our deposit for month and half. If we didn't remind them that I think they would still have our deposit in their pocket. Please be aware of their service, they are just not behaving the way they should for all the fees they are requiring.

It is a scam business I do not recommend it be very careful ... they steal my money and not rent the flat
