Whether you're a training novice, or training to represent your nation in a professional sport, this is the place you want to be doing it. Staff is super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and the trainers are dedicated to helping you reach your goals ( meaning they won't be off in social media land as your form begins to deteriorate). Pros: excellent staff (What's up Michael and Francisco a.k.a. Cisco!!), great hours, very affordable training options, bottled water available, clean facility, lockers with a provided key, private training/group training/ various classes.
Equipment: free weights, squat rack, multi grip pull up bar frame, gymnastic rings, trap/hex bar, rubber plates (positive or negative based on preference, i'm an iron guy, but these worked well for me), free motion cable column, spin bikes, body suspension straps (trx like), kettlebells, battle ropes, row machine, ski machine, fan bike, pole (inside of a private room), super bands, jump ropes, hurdles, abc ladders, agility rings.

You must make an appointment in order to work out here. so give them a call, send an email, or show up in person ( just understand you may not be able to work out the same day you show up to set an appointment)
This place has everything you need to get the job done, so go there and train insane or remain the same!
