I have just finished the combined JOCMCC course with Pilots ATO. The training was provided in a very professional manner by highly experienced airline pilots. The training material was provided well in advance of the start of the theory training, so we had enough time to read all the training manuals, syllabi thus we had a clear understanding how the whole training is built up. This made the training very transparent and we could always prepare for next days training. During the theory part we were made familiar with JOC and MCC principles what we proved afterwards during the simulator sessions which was done in an A320 based simulator with active A320 captains. The simulator sessions were built up on a way the we had to handle more and more complex situations from day to day thus so we kept learning until the very end of the training. I would also thank the ATO for their flexibility on training schedule since they were so kind to modify the schedule because of my other obligations. All the best, Gábor
