Exceptional service. I am a total beginner (got a second-hand guitar from a friend) and went in just for some picks and a capo. The owners are super helpful and friendly, they have excellent diversity of accessories and guitars, and I feel like I can return anytime for tips, tricks, and maybe some day a new guitar :)

Húrlábragasztásra hagytam itt a gitárom. Szép munkát kaptam vissza, bár a húrlábak kissé szorultak – alighanem megszívta magát a fa. A tájékoztatás, amit előzetesen kaptam, sajnos nem volt teljeskörű: habár egy ilyen szervizelés fix összegbe kerül, a telefonban nem a 13000 forintos árat mondták, hanem \attól függ\-öt. Ezt nem tartottam korrektnek. Nem az összeggel van a bajom, hanem a bizonytalansággal, nem is volt nálam elég készpénz, ki kellett vennem a bankszámlámról, kényelmetlen szituációt okozva ezzel magamnak és az eladó kisasszonynak is. A három csillagos értékelést ez okozta.

Nagyon jó választék, az eladóhölgy elmondhatatlanul kedves. Szakszerű tanácsokkal úgy segített a kisfiamnak kiválasztani a gitárt, hogy közben nem próbálta meg rábeszélni egyikre sem.
