From Slovakia it is practically impossible to get there so I came through Hungary (by bike) which was still quite the adventure. In Austria the way is better indicated but the last part is just a path (only pedestrians and bikes). The sculptures aren't really that interesting but the history of the place and the isolation you feel there partly make up for that.

My father and I hired bikes while in Slovakia and cycled along the river until we got to the meeting point of Slovakia, Hungary and Austria. There is not much here and it is in the middle of no where, however I believe that the place could be better with a coffee shop or turned into a land mark. It could be quite quirky place to setup shop. The cycle there was fantastic and would reccomend anyone to do this.

Nice place to visit located at the center of borders between Slovakia, hungary and austria. Easily accessible with a nice breathe taking view. You will find also a sign to read for some people who participated in the symposium at that place. If you're a history lover you will enjoy the readings. A place worth a visit.

Fascinating spot that most tourists miss I took an Uber here from the train station You are going to want your driver to wait for you as this is literally in the middle of nowhere You may encounter some complications if your driver does not speak English. Luckily, mine did and this made it a good experience. There was nobody there when I went but it was very interesting to consider the history of this border, not to mention being able to be in multiple countries at once.

An iconic place, where two nations suffering behind the Iron Curtain met the free world. Thankfully, now this calm place just reminds us how good times we are living.
