Closes earlier that door states ; 19:45 shop was already closed while employee is still in and lights are on. Told her I walked 40 minutes just to go to this shop. I planned to buy 7 books. She did not care. On Google this shop states that it's open until 22:00. Sadly it's not.

Terrible service. I have been shopping big amounts here for more than a year and with the Líra Card discount. Today at paying I mentioned the Líra and they couldn't understand what I talked about. The lady said \Why should you have discount\?. The other didn't look me in the eyes of answer my questions. Making me look stupid. Well bye to you. Luckily I have other music shops in Budapest that rewards returning customers. Rude behavior, I never come back.
