Unbelievable, quick service, very attentive and friendly staff. They know what customer service really means. I take all my alterations to them since moving here from Canada, they speak English. From my motorcycle gear to my suits, everything is fixed on time and with the utmost care.

I called Ruhaklinika today because I needed a cotton glove. Due to allergic reaction to a disinfectant, my hands are so sore, many cracks and blood and I need to put a cream all night to heal the skin. The lady on the line was helpful beyond all my expectations. Thank you for being so helpful Noémi.

My button on my shirt had fallen off and I was able to have a button put back on in less than 5 minutes. The lovely ladies were able to help me so that I could wear this shirt to sail the Danube in the evening. Thank you and I would recommend this to everyone!

Be careful with this place, they wanted to charge me 7800 HUF for a small whole on my trouser. They claimed the only way to fix it is to replace a huge part. I went to vw-varroda.hu instead, where 2000 HUF was enough.
