Excellent training, equipment and atmosphere (by which i mean: no posers, bullies or aggression). The gym is suitable for english speakers as well. You can book 1 on 1 private lessons (which i did and can absolutely recommend). This gym is one of the very rare occassions where you can learn actual technical skills in a methodical way.

Not just training related questions can be asked from the Trainers, they help you with your overall health.
