They managed to provide an appointment on Saturday 2PM, which is their official closing time. Never been to such an in depth eye-examination so far, it turned out, that the fresh recipe given at another big Optic-chain was far from ideal. Left around quarter past 3, with another appointment for my mother. Top-notch customer service, as if the owner would be running the shop. I hope the Optometrist is aware of the value she can provide for the company.
