We booked a full day tour with a different company that was going to be fulfilled by centrum travel, when we got to their office they initially said they had no record of our booking but then later stated that they did but that there was no person scheduled to be able to take us on the tour. Initially we were offered the choice of a different tour or a refund. once we asked for the refund they made a number of calls and were able to bring in a semi-retired tour guide who was not working that day. needless to say that tour guide provided an excellent second to none experience and we were very happy with the end result however the nearly hour we spent in the office dealing with their booking issues somewhat soured the morning.
