Standards are not to my expectation. 1. Booked an important orthodontic appointment 3 weeks in advance. They knew that I've never been to this place, but they agreed to the appointment without a single question. As my usual (amazing) orthodontist emailed all the info needed for a routine checkup, I wasn't worried at all that any problem could occur. The date that I turned up to the appointment, they told me that this is not possible. They can't touch the braces for several reasons. ?????? Why didn't you tell me this over the phone?????? Wasting everyone's time and making me really upset. I could've gone elsewhere! Thanks to Zsuzsanna! The diamond of a receptionist who clearly knows how to do her job well! Applause!!! 2. I decided that I will still have a clean (second appointment), as I wasn't going home empty handed after travelling 30min in a taxi to get there on time. While sitting in the chair waiting, I have read all the daily schedule of each and every customers who was booked in for that day with full name, some with address and tel number, and the treatment they have done. I'm horrified. I will certainly never go back to this place ever again.

Csak pozitívan tudok nyilatkozni. Korábban mindig rettegtem a fogàszati kezelésekről (sok rossz tapasztalat miatt), és itt már az első konzultáció alkalmával tudtam,hogy a legjobb helyen vagyok. Doktor úr szakértelme és empatikus hozzáállása minden negatív érzésem elkergette, a végeredmény pedig magàért beszél. :) Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom.
