If there would be zero star, this would be right for this service. As no zero can be given, only one star can be given from my side. I'm very unsatisfied with the service. If I would be asked: My advice stay away...! If not possible, dig into service description.... They failed from very beginning ... the service definition... and what built / implemented on top of the service definition...that for me not acceptable...

Feedback is at their service and customer treatment: - need to schedule an appointment month in advance - technician didn't speak English - long waiting time, and although appointed to specific hour, technician accepted multiple people before me, although I was waiting the the most. I had to ask if they could take me already - positive was help from the receptionist, who helped with translation - didn't provide me with promised information to agree service & price before invoicing - one month after the service, there was problem with car - person responding the phone doesn't understand English - refused to transfer me to someone who takes care of customer claims - suggested me to go to other service - i have never had this experience with multiple of my previous vehicles

I brought my Seat here for annual check/service. The process including timeslot reservation was really smooth, the staff was polite and professional. There was a small mess in their system in connection with a part they were not sure to change or not, I asked for a new one in the end. (Later I found that it was also changed last year). Prices were OK, usual brand service prices, however the hourly fee looks much more than I used to pay in my home town (small city), but maybe that is normal in the capital.

1) nobody can explain in english what they need to replace 2) they made an offer for 700 Euro and I went to another service to be sure and they said nothing to be replaced 3) thus, they only try to scam you 4) although I left the car for 2-3 hours for an inspection, they called me later on asking to leave it overnight because they could not manage the schedule properly 5) although porsche buda states below the colleagues speak english, it was not the case. nobody of the 4 colleagues present there could explain the offer and findings in english! knowing to say hello doesn't mean english!
