The company started as a booking agency in 2003 by organizing live concerts with US music acts, such as PMD, DJ Honda, Inspectah Deck of the Wu-Tang Clan, Afu-Ra, Jeru the Damaja, and many more. After 2005, Phat Entertainment shifted focus on event planning services and marketing campaigns with emphasis on innovative concepts such as sign spinning. Later on shifted into the film and broadcast industry where now aerial photos and film is produced for various industries like feature films, image movies, shorts, adverts etc. While shifting into the film and broadcast industry the company evolved to service technician and technician on set for various film equipment.
