The bus didn't come to bus station without noitce. I was wating for 1hour with other customers in the early morning. Also there is no any platform. I strongly recommend that 절대 타지마세여. It's the worst bus agency in the world!!!!

Booked a trip and two days before departure the company cancelled. We had already booked hotels and activities at the destination and struggled to find replacement transportation. It's been three months and tons of emails but still haven't received a refund!!
Never ever use this bus firm, They are extremely far from quality. They are cancelled my reservation and never refund my money.

It's a fake website, we came from Vienna to Budapest, there was no sign and no bus came at all!
