The service from the staff in this shop do not deserve any stars, however, probably a -50 (minus 50) would be correct. Your company lost out to a 150 purchase today as I was going to buy some boots which I liked. Your staff were outrageously rude and completely unprofessional. I would not recommend your shoe shop to anyone and if I were you I would fire all the staff that work there and then send new staff on a Customer Service Training course. I would do this as quickly as possible before your company goes bankrupt!!!

I bought 2 pairs of Converse shoe same article but different sizes on 15th May'19 for my daughters. Before paying I asked the girl to check the shoes and she confirmed they are okay. Finally when I opened in India , to my surprise for the size 6.5 both the shoes are for left feet only. This is careless behaviour. My daughter is upset now.. And I am in India.. Please advise
We were in the store yesterday. We asked the salesperson to let us try a pair of boots in our size. She told us to wait and the stock shows there is one pair in our size. We waited for quite a while and no one came to us. In the end when we asked other clerks they told me the girl has left her shift. No apologies and we have waited for over 15 mins. What a waste of time and energy. Even great products, good price can’t save awful service like this. We wanted to make the purchase and your service turned us down with no doubt.
I was in this store this year and bought one pair of shoes. Personal there really doesn't know how to work. I tried 35 size and went to ask seller another shoe. She even didnt listen to me, began to yell at me that its last pair. So when tried second one I went to cashier to pay and price was 20 more than on price tag. On my question she answered that people try shoes and put it on a wrong place but when I went to check it again, i couldn't even see price tag with the same amount of money i paid. It's your job to stay in a store and serve people and control that everything is on it's own place. If sellers cant do it, owner pays their salary for nothing!
Staff do not care about the customer. Especially one of the blondes which was at the cashier. Rude and unhelpful. To avoid
Was centrally located in a busy shopping center in Budapest. Good variety and choice, also economical
It's just a shoe store with some nice selection, but in this location customer service it's a joke. I was served by three different employees and the three were bad.
