Small but nice... The Flodni is amazing.... The chocolate cake too. You couldn easily miss it because the writing is in Hungarian. So look through the place's pics to see what the front looks like. Over all nice n quiet

The cakes are delicious, light and not overly sweet. The flodni is very good! Coffee was on point as well.

This tiny cafe has good coffee and delicious flodni; the other cakes look good too!

I ordered a birthday cake and asked for it to say "happy birthday ___" with numbered candles. Not only did they fail to write happy birthday on the cake, but even the candles were broken. I asked the lady in the store why they didn't write on the cake and she said it's written on a chocolate card in a separate package. It was not. Instead of the phrase i wrote, they wrote happy birthday in Hungarian. I originally ordered a square cake and they told me they couldn't and would make me a circular one too. Im extremely dissatisfied and will not order from here again

Tiny, homely little cafe. On the pricey side. Tried the Flódni and it was like a very sweet fig newton cake, not to my tastes but I can see why some might like it. Also had some sort of gelatin cake was was alright. All in all not super impressed but the lady was very nice and that always makes a huge difference.

One of the best pasrty shops I found in Budapest. Found this place after reading about reccommendations from other travel enteries and was lad to have been here. The pastries were indeed amazing and the young lady at the counter was extremely welcoming and friendly to talk to. We took many pastries from here and the coffee was amazing too. The pastries were very different from what we usually get to have in Europe and the recipe was authentic Hungarian. Will highly reccommend this place for a auick bite or a coffee-cake breakfast! There is indoor seating and also open seating behind the cafetaria.

This is where you come for Flodni, the traditional Jewish Hungarian pastry of your dreams: A layer of Plum Jam, a layer of walnut filling, one of apple filling, and one of poppy seeds, between some thin layers of dough. Yumm!

Didn't like the cakes (I really don't understand why is everyone so excited with the flodni) and the coffee was not good. The place is very nice and cozy and with a very good service.
