Very helpful staff. Went there to swap my batteries for my D500. I didnt bring my camera but the invoice only. They couldnt help my right away because they needed to check the serial number first. Turned out that my camera wasnt a European model but this wasnt a problem at all. I received feedback within the next business day and after providing photos of the batteries and camera I was told that the batteries were ready to pick up after two days, because they needed to order them. Couldnt be happier with their service. I got everything I wanted, faster than expected. Thanks again.

The girls from the reception desk did not know a lot of things what I asked...first of all it would be good for Nikon HU to teach the girls what camera models the company has...on each of my questions I had to wait so the girl from reception went to the repair engineer and ask him then she came back with the answer...I lost 30 minutes for some questions that could take less than 5 minutes...

Nagyon kedves recepcios holgy. Ez volt a pozitivum. Viszont tularazott, megbizhatatlan szolgaltatas. 3 honap alatt sikerult a javitast eszkozolni. Mindekozben haromszor is azt valaszoltak (miutan telefonon erdeklodtem), hogy a gep atveheto, ezert aztan haromszor utaztam el Debrecenbol Budapestre, ahol sajnalattal kozoltek, hogy 'az alkatresz nem erkezett meg', aztan meg a gep 'meg mindig a kulfoldi partnercegnel van'... Harmadjara atveheto volt a gep (a javitast jol megoldottak, az igaz!), bar a javitas koltsege (az elozetes allapotfelmeres utani arajanlathoz kepest) triplajara nott (ezt elore kozoltek, marhogy dragabb lehet a javitas, ha 'talalnak valamit, amit az elozetes ellenorzesen nem lattak'). Igy aztan az akkor 200e forintos gep javitasa az elozetesen saccolt 30e forint helyett 100e Ft-ba kerult. Koszi

Szenzortisztításra és szoftver frissítésre vittem be a fényképezőgépemet, két óra múlva már érkezett az e-mail, hogy mehetek érte. Gyors és jó munkát kaptam kevés pénzért.
