Been to these guys by accident multiple times now. Always very friendly and professional service. They fixed my leather bag, later on my shoe, always in high quality and OK prices. Can only recommend them. Also, large stock of shoe care and accessories.

Huge disappointment. I was there many months ago, maybe spring time. I paid a large amount and received mediocre shoe service. As I paid over 200 the man who took the shoes promised to give me complimentary shoe accessories on pick up which never happened either. They called me few days before promised pick up that the reparation will take longer as their shoe maker became sick. I had no problem with that but apparently someone took over who was really bad at his job. Two pair of my high hills lost the tip after just one time use. They said there's guarantee and I could bring them back but honestly I didn't trust them anymore. Never again. Oh and no I am not stupid, I wasn't at the wrong place. This isn't how you should handle complaints, especially not when you're wrong and I am the one who ended up paying for a bad service.
Excellent, great value.. I had my Texan style boots re-heeled here (2800 HUF / under 9) , found them on Google Maps, read good reviews, and I wasn't disappointed. At least one of the staff speaks good English. Highly recommended if you have the need. Note: This is a proper \artisan\ cobbler shop. It's located in the courtyard of a building,with a gate off the street that is locked during the day. Simply press button 4 on the intercom, and they let you in. Easy.
I got my shows back with a lot of glue on the leather.
