The now 10 years old NextArt Gallery, established in 2007, started its work with a group exhibition of the latest generation of domestic, contemporary art. In addition to the main focus on paintings, the areas of animation, video art, graphic art, installations and photography are also given an important role in the gallery’s portfolio. NextArt aims at focusing on the representation of a younger generation of Hungarian artists who have been awarded with the prestigious Hungarian and international prizes. NextArt Gallery is also a venue for new art initiatives and international collaborations, a lively community space for those interested in art to connect with artworks and their creators. Over the past 10 years, NextArt Gallery managed to represent itself at some of the most prestigious international fairs, including Scope Art Show New York, SCOPE Art Show Miami, Art Vilnius and Art Cologne – New Contemporary.
