Rudest customer service ever, if you are lucky enough to reach someone in chat, they don't answer any of your complaints, you only get a few condescending lines and the operator just closes the chat. One out of two orders you get your food cold and with a half hour delay. They couldn't care less about customers, this is highlighted by the fact that I will get a generic reply to this review stating that I should send them an email (so they can keep ignoring my complaint). Their system is designed that you have to wait days before you can get your money back from a failed order, so that you likely forget about it anyways. I'm still not sure if I got refunded from last time. All in all, avoid them like the plague, use Wolt instead.

I ordered from a restaurant 2 stations away from my flat, then it got cancelled. For a refund I got a voucher of HUF 500 (lol). After that I still had to order smth else, as u cannot leave the flat after 8pm. I ordered from the neighbouring street (!) and it still took 30 minutes. After that I immediately deleted my account.
Horrible experiences, several orders charged, but never got delivered. Zero costumes support, no phone to call, most of the agents on the chat can barely talk and the chat closes it self each time ( or does it!!, could also be the agent closing it). To this day, I’m not even sure. That I ever got all the refunds to all the problematic orders and obviously to my review I will get the generic message you will see below. That they are sorry and please send your complaint via email( so it can be ignored). Anyway, I do not advice to use this service, 1/2 times a negative experience will be the result.
I Can not order from this site becouse the VAT nuber can not accept by the site. Ridiculous. It is so basic nowdays.
Terrible support, I only use this site, as I can pay with SZEP card. If Wolt makes avaiable SZEP card payment, I will switch in a blink of an eye.
Non-existing customer service. There is not even a way to contact them. Suggest using only Wolt.
No support whatsoever. They sent a drunk/high/lunatic person as courier, the food isn't sealed so god knows if he spit in it or not... After filing a complaint Netpincer 'contacted me' in e-mail (which I can't access, nor can I change my e-mail in the app it seems...). There's no phone number you can call, no live chat either anymore. To be fair, even when they had the live chat support they put incompetent people there with awful attitudes. So yeah, ever heard of Wolt? Try them instead of Netpincer.
