Employees will try their best to help you in English even if they're middle or ald ages, which is nice of them. One of the ladies today was very nice she was funny and gentle and even she wished me a happy birthday. 4 stars to provide better English documents in the future

Registered for a TAX number here without an issue. The woman at the info desk was helpful. I didn't wait long and even though the woman who helped me register for my number didn't speak much English she was still very helpful and kind.

Almost no one speaks English. I waited 1.5 hour and at the end, person at the desk was talking in Hungarian in a very rude way and when i asked about finding somebody who can help my paperwork she was like ‘Nem,nem’. Just another day that i hated the public administration here.
