I went there last week to ask the steps how I renewed my resident permit. A girl told me that I couldn’t renew. I needed to applied a new one. I spent a lot of time to prepare the documents and went to there again for the application. Then I was told I I was entitled to apply for a permanent resident and shouldn’t come here. The location was in another office. My god! Who wastes whose time? The official open hours on Wednesday starts from 7:30am. I arrived in at 7:10am. But the immigration office only opened at 7:45am. 15 mins later than the official time. There was a lady queueing in front of me has 16 clients on her hand. I don’t understand why she has a right to queue for others for earning money.......horrible!!!! One thing has been improved that more officers can speak English compared to 5 years ago when I went there for the first time.

Terrible place to visit, almost no COVID regulations. No masks, no social distancing. Nothing. Could easily get to 5 hours of queues, however it's the only place to get your residency card. That's a pity that there no private companies that will do the same but 10x times faster...

Nothing to complain about. You got to wait, sure... but let's face it, we all spend way more time on Facebook Instagram or Youtube... Our agent was a diamond. Thank you!

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews. I think people only leave a review when they have a bad experience. Everyone that had to deal with me was friendly, efficient and the spoke good English. Especial thanks to the police officer at the door giving out numbers and to Karina K. They let me submit my application even though I was in the wrong office.

The system of calling number for sure should be reviewed. But definitely the people there are nice and and they treated with you w smile and kindly. edited: i went yesterday there is two person which try to talk to them, very detailed and perfect English I am happy that they are still decent people in this world! Edited. I am here again, nice service. I think they are improving
