Founded in 2009, the Mátra Biker Sports Club (MBSC) is a well-organised non-profit club at the foot of the Mátra Mountains in Gyöngyös, Hungary, supporting cyclists, promoting bicycle use, serving the area with passion and dedication. The team has over 70 members, men and women, from beginners to elite athletes, and races year-round in two cycling disciplines: Mountain and Road, with regular rides throughout the year and a range of member benefits. As well as competing in races, we organise social, touring and recreational rides which allow beginners to improve their health, fitness, and to discover the beautiful countryside around Gyöngyös and beyond.  OUR AIM? To make Gyöngyös a physically active town in Hungary! So that people are happier, live longer, are better-connected and less likely to develop chronic illnesses and suffer from health issues. MEMBERSHIP Join MBSC to be part of a group that embraces cycling as a lifelong activity that promotes health, fitness, performance, youth development and the power of a friendly community.
