Against other information on the phone, the dirvers only spoke Hungarian. I announced the transport of a bike, paid 50% on top of the ticket price for it and was ordered to be there one hour before departure - it was just put in the trunk to the other luggage without any further fixtrue at the very last point in time while I was standing around there senseless. The bus broke down on the road. That can happen - but there was no information to anyone at first, not even in Hungarian. When we had to wait for the replacement bus for close to 2 hours, that was of course only announced in Hungarian, did not know what was going on. I would expect the drivers to at least have some standard sentences in another language - maybe even only on a piece of paper - for any such events, considering the road crossed several countries and you could have expected non-Hungarian speaking persons on the bus. Wouldn't consider the company again without knowledge of the Hungarian language and never with a bike.

Korábban sokszor utaztam velük de tavaly már nem őket választottam régebben 32 volt a jegy de megemelték es annyiért mar nem jó egesz éjjel zötykölődni zsúfolt recsegő felsőcsomagtartóval eggyütt...Acovid is betett mert akkor mar dragák voltak a jegyek ugyanakkor semmi távolsagtartás ugyanugy mint a heringek zsúfoltan a melletted ülő végighorkolta az utat vagy epp egy testes ember miatt a falrakenődve utazott az ember... Egyszóval 32 ért meg megérte de 50 ér már nem...

A Molnárbusz, nagyszerű társaság volt, a legtökéletesebb, legprofibb, tényleg a legjobb, DE...... a kedvező árak eltűntek. Meghatározóbb lett a profit. Persze, lehet azt mondani, hogy mindenki pénzből él, de mára már nem sokban különbözik a többi busz társaságtól. Sajnálom, mert évekig utaztunk, rendszeresen, havi 2x3 szor és azt sem zavart bennünket, hogy az Oktoberfest idején, mindíg emelkedtek az árak. Tudtuk, értettük, elfogadtuk. A mostani árképzés már nem tesz bennünket lojálissá, megyünk ahogy tudunk. Üdvözlettel: Egy csalódott utascsoport
