Made a huge rookie mistake and thought that you can just plug in a MIDI keyboard to a computer and play piano. I was able to return it at full price and buy a proper keyboard instead after a few e-mail exchanges. Very friendly and professional team.

This is by far the best music shop I have been to in Budapest. The guys know their stuff, always ready to help and give advice. In terms of treating their customers, as I said, top notch - and that happened every single time I went there. For me the only choice in Budapest based on my experiences so far.
So recommended! I went there today to buy a digital piano. The staff were so professional and nice, they helped me a lot with the decision and answered with kindness to all of my questions (and I had many haha). They sell pianos of the best brands on market so I made a good choise. I'm really satisfied
