Mercedes claims premium cars and premium service. Reality is that service lacks. customer service requests that are bit out of the standard procedure are not fulfilled - even worse is that they even not tried it! I had the same car topic with another brand. Toyota in Budapest were able to solve the same topic where Mercedes Hovany failed at all. never again.

Horrible service... A shame for Mercedes. Customer care 0. If they would know this in Stuttgart they would use their dealership.
Amazing and professional
As far as I can tell, it’s just (another) Mercedes branch with a complacent customer service attitude. I asked Nov 21st for an service appointment (per email). First I haven’t received an answer, although I send a message on their website and to their mail address at the same time. I received a few seconds later an automatic generated confirmation mail. After a some days I asked for the status. Richard Tüzed declared that Mercedes-Benz Hovany hasn’t received my messages, so I resend. Since then no call or mail. Considering this, I am wondering how long does the repair itself would take... Mr. Benz turns around in his grave watching his current employees
Place looks nice, staff is horrible though!
Great space to show Mercedes cars. iPads a great idea, but no English language option, and some iPads did not work. No approach by sales personnel. Hostess pleasant/friendly.
