Kind and helpful personal (except DeLonghi staff), no slow cooker:(.

Every time we shop here I have to be disappointed with the staff. In the present case, none of them wore a mask, but stepped into my face. They can't say hello or say \sorry\ . MediaMarkt had some issue with the bank terminal. And they said \give me cash\. they are so rude and not too helpful. Only the security man wore mask and say hello.

Nice, helpful, polite staff. Thank you for the help! Will come back.

Some shop attendants prefer to have a conversation among arch other instead of helping customers. Perhaps this is the company policy there. Who knows.. One of them was really rude.

If more than 3 customers in store they make you wait for ages twice. Super unfriendly

You better off buying online. You will not get service here without waiting for hours and even if you do, the agent will be too dazed or tired or not have knowledge about what you need or will not care and send you to someone else - repeating this cycle. Don't waste time, go online.

Good products, terrible customer care... Did you try to call them by phone? Do it, please, do it...

We were there before christmas, they were pretty low on stock... otherwise the usual media markt you get everywhere.
