Our key broke inside the lock at night. We called them early in the morning (8 am). The operator who picked the phone spoke English and was easy to communicate with. After explaining the issue, he confirmed the locksmith could be at our home in one hour, more or less gave us an estimation of what could be the expense (always clarifying that this may vary up or down depending on the situation) and confirmed that we could pay with card (this is a PLUS because it avoided me jumping through the window to go to the closest ATM). The locksmith arrived on time, enough English to communicate with us, very professional and quick. He was really committed to the task and fixed the door (some nails adjustment broken key removal). Once he finished he made us an online invoice and when we said we wanted to pay by card, he politely said he will be back with the card terminal because it was in his car. And when we told him we wanted to pay with card, he did not give us eye rolling or had a bad attitude, nothing! he was just kind and polite as it should be. Deluxe service. Very happy and already recommending it to my friends.
