My husband and I have visited the Lindt shop today in Budapest. I will not be going back nor will I tell people to visit. The customer service team offer a complimentary chocolate to the customers, which is very nice. However, when the store manager then falsely accuses you of helping yourself to the selection for sale, resulting in a lot of upset and anger. I suggest if you are going to visit then make sure you do not take anything they offer you for free. Totally disgusting and unprofessional behaviour.
I’ve been in the Pest shop and I’ve never seen such impolite and rude staff. You should reconsider the quality of your workers for your shops, it’s a suggestion. Because personally I’ll never come back there and I’ll tell all my friends not to go.
Nagyon barátságos és kedves személyzet. A Lindt az Lindt
Most itt inkább a webáruházat szeretném minősíteni. Már kb. jó egy hónapja rendeltem a Lindttől. Jó időbe, hogy karácsonyra megérkezzen. Se egy visszajelző e-mail, se csomag! Írtam 3 e-mailt a Lindtnek, válaszra sem méltattak. Persze csak előre fizetés volt lehetséges opció. Felháborító egy ilyen cégtől ez a semmilyen kiszolgálás. Ez is csak magyarországon megy így? Most se csoki, amit karácsonyra szántam és a pénzt is persze előre kellett elutalni! FELHÁBORÍTÓ
Kedves segítőkész csapat, isteni csokik, kellemes környezet; minden adott ahhoz, hogy egy pár percre kiszakadjunk a rohanásból.
Nagyon kedves volt az eladó hölgy! Maximális segítséget kaptam a vásárláshoz. Biztos, hogy vissza járó vevő leszek!
