Very bad experience with this shop. I've placed and order on a Monday and needed to get a bottle of Gin with some other stuff by the end of the week (working Saturday). Since I did not get any confirmation of the order I checked the bank and realized the transfer did not happen, immediately the day after I asked them if I could make a bank transfer as my order was urgent. They gave my their coordinates and confirmed it would be delivered by end of the week. So I immediately paid through bank transfer and got confirmation by the bank that they received the money the same day. After 2-3 days I've checked after my order and they still could not confirm the transfer so I sent them the remittance advice asking when would it be delivered. By this time they were saying it would be delivered only the week after. I told them that was not possible so I asked to pick the stuff myself at the shop. Saturday when I entered the shop both the ladies were confused and could not find my order at first. Only after showing my disappointment one of them went back and prepared my order which I picked up and left. I was not seeking for a discount or gift, a simple sorry would have made it but these guys have no idea about customer service.
A good shop with great selection of drinks, bartender tools and other accessories. I recommend this store to shop online or in person as well. They have really nice store at a good location with helpful and competent staff.
