Second time renting the car from them at Budapest airport and cannot be happier, cheap,quick and very easy to deal with. Got collected from the airport on time by Dora and also dropped off on return. Ildiko welcomed us in the office and gave us nice upgrade as i accidentally booked smaller car. Car i got was Volkswagen Golf with only 30k kilometers, sat nav, heated seats and most importantly automatic! Easy to deal with,on time, going extra mile, helpfull and very professional at what they do. Would highly recommend!!!! Big shoutout to Dora and Ildiko one more time, thanks for everything and for sure see you soon!

We have travelled around the globe, have used many car rentals before (at least 15 different one) I have to say these guys put the customer care to the highest level I ever seen, experienced. Friendly, kindly, lovely.... There is no way you would be unsatisfied with them. Give them a chance to take care of your car rental on your next trip. Be Careful! Gave me a very large Peugeot family car when I had requested a small hatchback or similar. Made out they were doing me a favour when the car was horrible. They covered up a crack in the windscreen and almost let me leave with it! Really tried pushing the extra insurance (140) even though I have international car rental insurance, the lady (Dora?) Was so rude to me when I turned down the extra cover, was shocked when I asked for her name. They have a lot of fake reviews on Google and on their Facebook, just spend the extra money somewhere else it’s not worth it! You can get international car rental insurance for a whole year for 70!
Everything went very smoothly. I was comparing prices online the day before travelling. I couldn't decide which company to pick, so I just left it there. By the time we landed in Budapest I got a good offer in email from a colleague at KW. I called from the airport, they picked us up minutes later, paperwork in the office quick and clear. The lady in the office was one of the sweetest person I have ever met. I was like someone pinch me cos her customer service is top notch. Car in good condition, only thing I could fault is the smell of cigarette in the car from a previous renter, but that's not KW's fault really. They were not pushy with the extra insurance, just offered it, and we took it. We always take it if possible in every country we go to, it's good to have the extra coverage, and also the quick response if breakdown god forbid happens. Anyway, all went very well, handing back the car was super quick too, then the owner gave us a ride back to the airport. Would definitely use again. Cheers guys and keep up the good work.
Very friendly, very professional! Other rentals pile you with papers to read an sign, KLASS is completely paper free. You get all your data in a second by email. Fair pricing and very friendly staff. 1A
great customer service and really helpful people at this location, the gentleman rented me the car was really friendly, and the lady, Dora, I returned the car to was super helpful and quick. the car was really nice. Will go back again. They were quick and efficient.
