Playgrounds are cool, but the trees that will give shades along the footpaths are still growing, not nearly big enough, and many animals have very limited space to move about. The savanna display is amazing. Good variety of buffets with card payment option everywhere, and not excessive pricing. Kids enjoy it very much, for adults it's less enjoyable.

I was here 2 summers ago, so... some things can be different right now. I remember then was a nice experience. You can see here a lot of animals which have a lot of space. Also, you can see a very nice dino park. It's very useful the fact that animal descriptions are also in English.

Best zoo I have visited in Hungary, animals look happy and cared for, loads of places to eat and rest. Great for families as there is a goat petting area, playground and a sufficient amount of toilets. The information about the animals is written in both Hungarian and English, which is helpful.

Plenty of spaces, beautiful animals, best playground ever. One whole day is not enough to discover it. With kids it's an excellent choice for a weekend. Reasonable prices.

A spacy zoo with very nice felines. Also the monkeys are interesting. It feels a little like being outdoors there are parts with a forest-like feeling. Due to the large place it does not get crowded. The parking is free and the parking lot is huge.

It wasn't our first time here. Usually we enjoy it. But this time we took a scooter for our child as there is a lot of walking to be done between different parts of the zoo and we've seen other children take in bikes, motors etc on previous visits. We were refused entry with a scooter and were told to return it to our car or leave it at their storage room. However when we went in, there were at least 10 other children on bikes/motorbikes/scooters etc. So we weren't impressed by that. Also, all the inside places were closed which we didn't find any info about on their website or at the tills before entering. So it would have been good to know beforehand as our child wanted to see the snakes etc. Obviously understand the restrictions with Covid, but smaller zoos we visited recently did not close their terrariums so it was a surprise.
