CUSTOMERS WARNING !! THIS OUTLET IS A SHAME TO EXIST IN 2020 STILL. THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE CUSTOMERS MONEY AND TOTALLY REFUSE ANY KIND OF AFTER SALES ASSISTANCE, REMEDY FOR COMPLAINTS, THEY EVEN LACK OF PLAIN HELP TOWARDS CUSTOMERS. IT IS NOT OK SELLING PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT SUITABLE BUT IT IS TOTALLY WRONG TO DENY ANY KIND OF RESPONSIBILITY AFTER SALES ESPECIALLY WITHIN 7DAYS AFTER PURCHASE. I am a conscious buyer and quick to appraise those that appreciate me as a customer, also I am quick to complaint when I see or experience bad customer service. I understand the frustration may caused on the other side of the counter of a faulty product but its not a one sided experience. I also had to throw away a dinner as paint flakes were crumbling off the back of the steak pan when got hot. I also had to drive back and all that waste of energy and effort was not even respected with any sympathy or natural kindness. They told me I have no docket so I can basically jump into the lake.. Well done good people, you really representatives of wolfs in sheep skin, you people after as marketing theorist call THE BAD PROFIT. You are after the ONE SALE , and you are not afraid of customers badmouthing you, talk less of they will never return to you. I will tell all my acquaintances to be careful and stay away from businesses with this type of operating mentality. I wish you to learn from this and its meant for be a constructive criticism and to educate others to be careful and not to experience the same.

December 9-én rendeltem tőlük egy terméket, amit előre ki is fizettem. Ma december 23. van és még nem érkezett meg. A telefont kikapcsolták úgyhogy beszélni sem tudok velük. Köszönöm kitchenshop, hogy nem tudok holnap mit adni apámnak karácsonyra.
Széles választék és jó termékek. Negatív tapasztaltom, hogy nem ügyfélbarát eladók dolgoznak. Felhívtak, hogy megérkezett a termék amit vásárolni szerettem volna, másnap bementem érte, de közölték, hogy nem is rendeltek ilyen terméket.. Még elnézést sem kértek a félreértésért.

Nagyon sok minden, es sokfele konyhaba valo dolog kaphato. Az aprosagoktol kezdve az edenyekig. Valojaban szinte mindent megtalalunk, konyha butor az nincs. Kedves, udvarias a kiszolgalas. Nem egy atlagos uzlet, az arak sem azok.
