For the 8th time I have the same electrical problem with my KIA Ceed of January 2015. They are only sending towingcars, then at the garage they do not know I was coming, no loancars, no expertise. Allways problems with light or computer. They do not fix the real problem. It costs me a lot of time. The towingservice knows I have a electrical problem, and the garage does not care then. They only tow me to KIA Pécs, because that is the closest one. But they only care about repairing Mercedes. When I come with the towingcar, they do not know I was coming. When they look at the car, they can not find the problem. When they keep the car, they do not have a loancar. KIA means a lot of stress to me. I am sick of it. KIA Hungary does not take me serious. 7 Years of KIA Waranty is 7 Years of Problems. KIA Hungary is not able to provide service that fixes a production problem of my car. So when you buy KIA in Hungary, the service is not as good as in other countries. I am not happy with KIA Hungary!

Nem értem, hogy miért tartják drága pénzen a telefonos hölgyet. Azt hajtogatja, ha valami problémám van, írjak emailt. Senkivel nem lehet beszélni szervízben a problémámhoz hozzá sem tudnak szólni. Az ügyfélszolgálat ezen változata, olyann,mintha egy titkos bázis lenne. Szerintem, aki erre a márkára adja a fejét, nem ezt érdemli.
Gépjárművet a forgalmi érték feléért számítanak be. Amikor úgy döntöttem, h inkább legyen egy Kia mint egy túlárazott “Merci” a szomszédból.Gipszelt kézzel bandukoltam a kocsik között, nem kérdezte senki, h segíthet -e. Hallom a szomszéd (Pappas) autókereskedő gúnyoros megjegyzését,(kineveti a vevőt a Kiás eladóval),- amikor rászántam magam, h akkor legyen egy Kia, rákérdeztem egy hölgynél, h akkor beszámitják-e a mostani autóm, a kopasz úriember aki azelött fél évvel még roppant udvarias volt,- most arrogáns módorban “annyiért amennyiért a szomszédban.” “Egy cég vagyunk”. Elhiszem, h jó üzlet féláron bevenni az autókat, de normális higgadt kérdésre nem a “ húzzál innen” stílust kéne előadni.Senki nem szereti ha hülyére veszik és nem is annyira arról van szó, h féláron veszik be az autókat hanem ha az ember ezt elútasítja utána gûnyoroskodnak, kinevetik a háta mögött “szép autó”. Köszönöm. Máshol szebbet találok.
Csak az tudják mondani, hogy hívja fel márkakereskedőt, vagy írjon emailt, használhatatlanok, információt nem kap tőlük az ember. A jelenlegi modellekről sem nem tudnak információt adni. Sajnálatos üzletpolitika.
