Quoted 1 EUR 317 HUF when mid market rate is at 319.50 HUF. Final price subjects to 0.30% commission. End up final rate is 316 HUF. I think this is a fair deal for tourist. Will recommend for those looking to change money when you arrive at the train station. It is just across the street when you exit from main entrance.
