Pilisszentkereszt, Hungary
N/A
One of the more stunning and interesting rock formations in the area. I do not recomend this for young children as the final trail that approaches it, although not so long, is super steep and I had to carry my 4yo both up and down it. You can drive all the way up to the trailhead and walk the remaining 200m or so (the steep part).... The road is not steep and offers a nice 1-2k walk with views and horses. The road is not in the greatest condition but it's passable. We chose to park below at the football field and walk up the road the 1.5k to the trail as our car is older and sits really low. There are three trails at the entrance. It is the third one that will get u there (see pics).

A beautiful sight of two limestone arches. No official trail leading there. You can park at the football field of Pilisszentkereszt. The ruins of a Cistercian abbey are also in reach.
It is worth to make some suffer to got it the top
Fantastic place, but a little bit hard to reach.
Fantasztikus hely!
